The company, founded by the renowned assessment guru Professor Peter Saville, is a leader in the development world class online products for Psychometric Testing.

An award winning technology consultancy that has been working with clients to build digital workplaces, platforms and tools on Microsoft technology for over ten years. I installed auditors as a large customer requirement, developing tax saving schemes with the company's R&D and Product Development, leading to their paying no tax for the following three years, also improving their cash position. The company's award winning intranet product, Unily, sold 40% of the company for USD68m.

An established, London digital marketing agency, specialising in organic and paid performance search marketing brought me in to improve the financials, improving the profitability and cash flow as Interim FD. Working together and mentoring young entrepreneur MD, I created 3 year business plan to give focus. Funding to support rapid growth and installed annual employee appraisals to assess and encourage staff.
